Old Post Elementary offers a variety of special clubs and activities for our students.  These activities are designed to foster and enhance students' educational experience and talents outside of the classroom.

CLUBS OFFERED AT OLD POST THROUGH OUTSIDE GROUPS:
 
Young Rembrandts: 1st-5th

This session is for the students who attend Old Post.  Classes take place once a week for one hour immediately after school.  A brand new drawing is introduced each week in a non-competitive environment that is designed to teach basic to advanced drawing skills, art techniques, creativity, and art vocabulary.

Before School Sports: Girls & Boys 
Grade: 4th/5th

Students will learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, good character in athletics.  They will also practice extended drills, skills, lead up games, fitness and intramurals in Before School Sports.
 
 
  
Spring Honor Choir
Grade: 4th, 5th

The Spring Honor Choir for 4th and 5th graders will learn and practice musical concepts through vocal performance (choir).  Choir will perform together in a spring concert with other local elementary schools.
